Shipping policy
Nitroma Lubricants sends every order by tracked courier from our warehouse at Unit 23, Nutsford Vale, Manchester M12 5QJ.
Where we deliver We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Dispatch We aim to dispatch every order within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Free delivery over £50 Standard tracked delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, after any discounts, anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland. Choose "Free tracked delivery" at checkout.
Delivery charges Orders under £50 are charged by the total weight of the products in your order, so a single bottle costs less to send than a 20 litre drum. You will see the exact price at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times Standard tracked delivery usually arrives 1 to 3 working days after dispatch on mainland UK, and 2 to 3 working days after dispatch in Northern Ireland. Next working day delivery arrives on the working day after dispatch. Express delivery to Northern Ireland usually takes 1 to 2 working days. Courier delays can occasionally happen at busy times.
Tracking Every parcel is tracked. We email your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Damaged, leaking or missing parcels If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or does not arrive, email info@nitromalubricants.co.uk with your order number, and photos if it is damaged. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
