Triple QX AdBlue 5L

Triple QX AdBlue 5L is a high-purity urea solution for the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system fitted to modern diesel cars and vans. It converts harmful nitrogen oxides in the exhaust into nitrogen and water, keeping the vehicle within Euro 6 emissions limits and preventing the engine from entering limp mode when the AdBlue tank runs low.

Where does AdBlue go?

Into the separate AdBlue tank with the blue cap, usually next to the diesel filler, inside the boot or under the bonnet. Never put AdBlue in the fuel tank or diesel in the AdBlue tank.

How often will I need it?

Most cars use around a litre every 600 to 1,000 miles, and the dashboard warns well before the tank is empty. Keep a bottle in the boot so a warning never becomes a breakdown.
